November - December 2002 (weekends)
Christmas Hayrides started the last weekend in November.  The facilities were donated to a fund raiser.  That could include the first weekend in December (1st Friday night).

The hayrides started through 3 large multi-colored archways that progressed through the wooded area and down through a small swamp, and up-hill to a large field.  Those who took part viewed Winter Wonderland and Christmas Tree Lane. They travelled through several more colored archways, then saw Candyland.  The hayride continued by a lighted forest to the Texas Sky.  Beyond that was another wooded area with mystery setting.  As riders turned back, they looked faraway and saw a Country Church, Lighted Cross, complete with mountains.  The return was through multi-colored archways and a complete view of the ride in the field.

Cost was $6.00 per person, 2 years old and under free.  $5.00 for senior citizens.

Church groups, youth groups, business groups could reserve a ride on Friday nights.  A deposit was required.  A minimum of 10 persons per ride.  Two groups could ride at a time, if both do not total 30 people.

Corn and stalk displays were available for sale at all events. * Adult supervision required for all minors.  NO DROP OFFS!  Parents/guardians are responsible for the actions of their children.  PLEASE, NO FLASH CAMERAS ON HAY RIDES (Could spook horses).  Flash pictures are welcome before, and at the end of the hay ride.
